We can accept orders by phone during business hours if you prefer not to order online. We can accept payments by V/MC and AMX by phone.
Online Orders accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders processed on business days only.

Shipping Policy:

  • Supplement Orders under 15 pounds are shipped by USPS priority or USPS Ground advantage. Deliver times are usually between 2-5 days.
  • Supplement Orders over 15 pounds ship by UPS Ground. Delivery times are usually between 4-10 days.
  • Printed items such as Shirts are printed on demand and ship seperatly from Supplement orders. Fulfillment time is approximatly 3 to 5 days. Printed items are drop shipped to you directly from the printer and shipping time on average are usually between 4-10 days.
  • We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship in the Continental U.S.
  • Shipping damages or incorrect orders must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of your package.
  • Please note: We are not responsible for lost, missing, or returned packages. Returned packages will be re-shipped at buyers expense. Missing or Lost packages cannot be refunded. Please contact the shipping carrier for filing a claim if your package is missing, misdelivered, or lost.

Returns & Refunds:

  • All sales are final. Wildtrax Feline Supplement cannot be returned due to it being a food product. Supplement may only be exchanged for the same item if the product package is received damaged or unusable. Please document the shipping damage. If your damaged item is unavailable for replacement, then a refund will be issued.
  • All sales are final for printed items. These items are printed on demand for you at the time of your order and cannot be returned for refund or replacement unless damaged. Be sure to check the sizing guides and order the correct sizes and colors. If your damaged item is unavailable for replacement, a refund will be issued.
  • Returns due to shipping damage must be reported within 3 business days after receipt, must be in unused condition in original box, including all product information and paperwork. Please provide photos of damage to the shipping box and the product.

Privacy Statement:

Wild Trax Supply is dedicated to keeping your order information completely confidential. We do NOT rent or sell our customer list or phone numbers. Your contact information is only used for shipping your order or contacting you in the event of an order issue. Wild Trax Supply respects your privacy and sincerely appreciates your business.

This shop uses SSL which provides a layer of security when you enter your info at checkout. Payments are processed by Paypal or Stripe.
